Our Fitness Memberships (mimimum age for membership is 16) include:
- Unlimited use of the 60 station fully air conditioned fitness room
- All fitness classes
- Discount on other activities at the centre
- A 4 Stage Gym Induction/Service Plan
- Personal programmes with regular reassessments and reviews
- Swimming (during public sessions)
Use of the Power Plate (Once induction is complete)

fitness @ catmose is superbly equipped with the latest Technogym equipment with state of the art interactive viewing screens allowing you a choice of viewing whilst you workout. Your progress is monitored through the Wellness Key system that allow members to review their training results after each workout.
With a professional team of qualified fitness instructors and support staff we remain committed to helping you to achieve your goals and fully benefit from your membership.

Personal Training
Personal Training (PT) is for anyone and everyone. PT is best described as an intense physical training course in fitness knowledge and self discovery whilst reaching a desired goal.
A personalised fitness regime and an optimum calorie intake guide will be designed by using fitness testing results to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

I have to confess that I’d always considered personal training a waste of money in that I’ve never lacked motivation to exercise. My thinking was that if I was going to the gym regularly and working at an appropriate level of intensity, what was the problem? This was until I took Rob up on his offer of a trial PT session! Rob has helped me to take my training to a completely new level in terms of intensity and variety. One of the issues I’ve had is that I get easily bored and to counter this I would often chop and change what I was doing. 6 sessions in with Rob and we haven’t had the same set of exercises twice. Each session is different, well thought out and designed to meet my requirements. Rob has introduced me to lots of exercises I hadn’t seen before and the old saying of finding muscles I didn’t know I had has been true. At the end of each session I have a sense of achievement, as well as exhaustion, whilst knowing that my training is once again enhanced.
It’s also worth pointing out that Rob is clearly passionate about what he does and brings a wealth of knowledge, not just about training, but also nutrition and supplements. He has provided me with sound advice, ensuring that I am appropriately fuelled before and after my workouts as well as giving me general dietary guidance. Rob’s also a nice guy and makes a what can be a tough session fun. I’ve just started training to run the 2012 Virgin London Marathon and I intend to keep my strength and conditioning sessions with Rob a key component of my regime.
