Angling at Fairlands Valley Park

Period regarding closed angling continues until further notice.

Although the main lake is full, please be aware that there is still no fishing anywhere in the Park. Please note that authorised fishing is only ever allowed on the main sailing lake outside the Sailing Centre, and never on any of the other lakes.

The fish were removed from the lake and distributed to other sites, no plans yet exist to move the fish and restock the lake. The position is likely to be reviewed in time, but until further notice, there is definitely no fishing.
