Angling at Fairlands Valley Park

Due to major lake refurbishment, we regret that there will be no angling this year at Fairlands. The main lake is the only authorised venue for fishing, and it is prohibited on any of the other lakes.

Fish for carp, roach, bream, tench and perch in the well stocked main lake. Facilities are available for disabled anglers, close to the car park, café and toilets.

Night fishing is not permitted and a rod licence is required by all anglers. During hot periods and low water levels, keep nets may be prohibited following guidance from the Environment Agency.

We operate a closed season from 15th March -15th June inclusive. Fishing from the Angling Beach on the main lake only.
