Racing Opportunities at Fairlands

All Ages Welcome!

Come and join the friendly competitive morning racing activity every Sunday morning between 11am and 12 noon. You can sail your own dinghy for a launch fee of £7.00 or £3.50 concessionary, or you can hire one of the centre dinghies for £8.80 and £4.40 concessionary.

24 hour race

With our renewed water levels, the 24 hour race will once again be happening at Fairlands in 2010. The weekend dates for this event are 22nd & 23rd May.

Sun 7th Feb - Start of the 'Frostbite Series' 8 week series starts at 11.00am
Sun 20th April - Start of the 'Spring Series'. 8 week series starts at 11.00am
Sun 26th Sept  - Start of the 'Autumn Series'. 8 week series starts at 11.00 am
Sun 26th Dec  - Boxing Day Pursuit Start at 09.45am. Finish 10.45am. Prize giving from 11.00am
