Sailability at Fairlands Valley Park

Sport is a very important part of all our lives and brings enormous physical, social and psychological benefits. These benefits are particularly important for people with disabilities, but often they get to enjoy them all too rarely.

Sailing more than any other sport gives us a chance to change this. At Fairlands Valley Sailing Centre we support the RYA Sailability scheme and believe we are well placed to help people with disabilities take up the sport, young or old.

After two years without the sailing lake we are now trying to revitalize our Sailability programme for 2010 and have identified the following sessions:

Friday nights 5pm-6pm

· 11th an d 25th June
· 9th and 23rd July

Cost per session would be £4.40
