General Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday - 06.00-23.00
• Saturday - 08.00-20.00
• Sunday - 07.00-22.30

 Last admission to the centre is 30 minutes before the closing time

Please Note - All gym users will need to complete the necessary induction pathway prior to using the equipment.

Parking

All facilities have ample free parking, with CCTV coverage for added security.

Non-Smoking Facilities

To promote a healthy atmosphere for all of our customers our facilities are strictly non-smoking.
