This newly built gym offers you the latest technology to help you follow an exercise plan, enabling you to achieve your goals.

Our gym comprises of 34 pieces of the latest Technogym cardio-vascular and resistance equipment. Also on hand are our friendly qualified fitness team, ready to show you how to achieve your targets.

Membership

A wide range of memberships are available. Direct debits or pay as you go, we offer something for everyone. We also offer discounts for couples, plus special prices for juniors, students, senior citizens and anyone that receives income related benefit.

Inductions

All new members are entitled to a free induction session, which introduces you to the equipment and how to use it safely and effectively. Inductions are on a one-to-one basis and your instructor will be able to give you lots of help and advice.
