Ju-Jitsu

Choi Kwan Do

Meet at Shephall Leisure Centre on Sunday 10.00 - 11.00 for children aged 6-13yrs, 11.00 - 12.00 for 13+ to adults. Wednesday evenings 18.00 - 19.00 for children aged 6-13yrs. With Choi Kwan Do you receive two free initial sessions with no commitment to join.
