The air-conditioned gym is fitted with 26-life fitness cardio-vascular and resistance stations plus free weights and abdominal crunchers.

Our qualified fitness instructors will induct you on all the equipment on your first visit. We are dedicated to help members discover and maintain a healthy and vitalising lifestyle and reach personal goals.

Upon request you can personally be trained by one of our fitness instructors.
