The air-conditioned gym is fitted with 26-life fitness cardio-vascular and resistance stations plus free weights and abdominal crunchers.
Our qualified fitness instructors will induct you on all the equipment on your first visit. We are dedicated to help members discover and maintain a healthy and vitalising lifestyle and reach personal goals. Upon request you can personally be trained by one of our fitness instructors.

Shephall Leisure Centre Membership Information
Fitness@shephall has various gym memberships available with NO Joining Fee and includes a FREE induction. Leisure Membership is unlimited use of the gym Monday-Friday 09.00 - 18.00 and ALL weekend.
Prime Membership is unlimited use of the gym Monday – Friday 09.00 - 22.00 and ALL weekend. Shephall Plus Membership is unlimited use of the gym Monday – Friday 09.00 - 22.00 and ALL weekend. This also includes all classes.
Each membership is a minimum of 6 months contract. The first payment is to be paid at the centre on the day of joining the following payments are by direct debit only.

Fitness @ Shephall Inductions
All new members are entitled to a free induction session, which introduces you to the equipment and how to use it safely and effectively. Inductions are on a one-to-one basis and your instructor will be able to give you lots of help and advice. A personal programme can also be designed for you.

Dance Studio @ Shephall

A spacious light dance studio with sprung flooring hosts various aerobics and Thai Bo classes. There are mirrors and ballet bars on one wall. This room can be hired out for casual or club bookings for dance, martial arts and many other activities.
