Porridge
Friday 28th August - Saturday 5th September

After successfully bringing Dad's Army to the stage in 2008 Calibre
Productions return to the Gordon Craig with a real 'coup de theatre' - the
first ever professional stage adaptation of the BBC's hit comedy 'Porridge'.
Penned by the original writers Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais - the same
fabulous team who gave us Auf Wiedersehn Pet - this hilarious new play
features all your favourite characters from the original series. So prepare
for laughs-a-plenty as Fletch, played by Shaun Williamson
(EastEnders/Extras) as well as Godber and the other inmates of Slade Prison
take on the system under the nose of the ever suspicious Mr Mackay.
A sure-fire comic treat for the whole family.
