Emma Johnson
Friday 26th February

The solo clarinetist will try to emulate the expressive power of the human voice when she plays the clarinet at this awe-inspiring concert.
Throughout her career, the talented musician’s goal has been to get better acceptance for the instrument as a solo classical instrument and she has done just that. Not only has she appeared with many leading orchestras including the London Symphony, but she has also directed orchestras such as the London Mozart Players and the Royal Philarmonic as well as being the director of her own ensemble, Emma Johnson and Friends, a versatile wind and string group.
