Letchworth Arcadians are proud to present this exciting musical based on Barry Manilow’s hit song of the same name.
Stephen, an aspiring songwriter, is struggling to pen a hit song. In his imagination he is carried back to the 1940’s when ‘music and passion were always the fashion’ at the Copacabana night club in New York. Here we meet Lola, a hopeful showgirl, Tony, a bartender with dreams of his own, and an assortment of characters who get caught up in an old-fashioned tale of love, jealousy and murder.
