Booking Information

The Box Office

The Box Office is open from 10:00am until 6:00pm Monday-Saturday on non-show days. On performance days we will remain open until 15 minutes after the performance has started. Sundays, we are open one hour prior to the start of a performance and until 15 minutes after curtain up. Please be advised that 30 minutes prior to each performance in-person callers at the Box Office will be given priority over telephone callers.

Call our Box Office on 08700 131 030 where one of our Sales Advisors will be happy to take your call. If you are calling regarding a group reservation of 10 or more, please call our dedicated Group Sales Hotline on 01438 242641. There is a 50p booking fee for every credit card transaction with an optional 50p for postage. All major credit cards are accepted.

Online

Simply visit the What’s On tab. Online booking carries a transaction fee of £1.50 with an optional 50p for postage. At present it isn't possible for wheelchair users to book their tickets using the online booking system. If you would like to make a booking and a member of your party is a wheelchair user, please e-mail us (boxoffice@stevenage-leisure.co.uk) with your contact details and we'll get in touch with you to ensure that all of your needs are catered for. Alternately you can call the Box Office direct on 08700 131 030.

In Person

Visit our Theatre Box Office in person; we are located on the 1st Floor of the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. There is a 50p booking fee for every credit card transaction.

Postage

If booking by post please mark your envelope ‘Box Office’ and make all cheques payable to Stevenage Leisure Limited. If these tickets are to be sent on to you, please add a further 50p to cover postal charges. If collected in person, proof of identity may be required.

Discounts/Concessions

Discounts are available for Children aged 16 or under; students over 16 in full time education; all persons aged 65 and above; all persons between 60-64 and not working, the unemployed, and patrons whose mobility is dependent upon a wheelchair. A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child. At certain performances we offer a 'Babes in Arms' discount for children 12 months and under who do not require a seperate seat. You may need to telephone the Box Office to take advantage of these discounts.
