The Wellness Centre memberships start from £25 per month.The membership package includes:
- Swimming
- Aquacise
- All Kinesis sessions
- Back Care Courses
- Tai Chi / Chi Kung

- Use of the Methesis Spa including: Sanarium, Steam room, Tropical, Massage and Plunge showers, Relaxation are with mood lighting
- Private changing rooms with shower and Locker facilities
- 15% off all treatments with Beauty Within and a free mini treatment on joining
