The Ascent Training Centre is a unique centre based at Stevenage Swimming Centre which enables you to improve your skills or develop new ones. We offer a wide range of leisure-based courses including Active IQ Fitness Courses  (Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Exercise Referral and Designing Pre/Post Natal programmes) as well as IOSH Managing Safely, ROSPA Manual Handling, and all the First Aid courses that are generic for any industry. All courses are designed to help you achieve a succesful professional career within your chosen industry.
