New Management Structure at SLL

Following a comprehensive review process, Stevenage Leisure Limited (SLL) has announced a restructuring of its Senior Management Team with effect from 1st December.
This restructure follows an initial review of the SLL Main Board, and the subsequent creation of a new more balanced Board, to lead the future strategic direction of the company.
The new Senior Management Team structure will comprise of four Directors reporting to Ian Morton, Managing Director:
Roz Hawkes, Finance Director, takes on the new enhanced role of Finance & Support Services Director whilst Jon Stone, Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager, has been appointed to the new position of Marketing Director. James Barker remains as Facilities Director, whilst Kieron Vango in his role as Operations Director will now be responsible for all SLL sites.
Arts Director, Bob Bustance, will be retiring in April 2009.
As a result of the restructure, the Management Team will now have a greater focus on strategic marketing; all sites will now be managed under one Operational Directorate and Human Resources will merge within the Finance Directorate.
